Server and player firmware compatibility
1. CMS V10.0 is the newest server firmware version suited for SMP-NEO 2 players (for example SMP-8000, or SMP-2100) and backward compatibles with all SMP-NEO1
PS: in the server there are functions available corresponding to SMP-NEO 2, which are not available in SMP-NEO 1 and thus these functions are not able to configure from the server to sync with the SMP-NEO 1 players.
2. CMS V9.0 is suitable for SMP-NEO 1 players (for example SMP-6000, or SMP-1000 which can be upgraded from SMP-WEB4).
3. CMS V8.2 is suitable for SMP-PRO players and SMP-WEB players (for example SMP-300, SMP-WEB4)
By the way, if a client already uses CMS V9.0 and is going to use it with SMP-NEO 2, the compatibility is OK, except the following new features:
Ø Multiple player configuration (via SuperMonitor5)
Ø Central monitor of SMP license status (new feature since SMP-NEO 2)
Ø Future developments of new features in SMP-NEO 2
If the end user doesn’t need any of the above features, they can use SMP-2100 (SMP-NEO 2) with CMS V9.0 without an issue.

Is the CMS-20 8.2 compatible with PRO and with WEB?
Yes, CMS-20 V8.2 is compatible with PRO series (SMP-200 and SMP-300) and with WEB series. We have stock of SMP-300.
If the CMS-20 8.2 cannot work with the SMP-2100, then if the CMS-20 8.2 is upgraded to version 9.0? So it could work with both of them? SMP-200 and SMP-2100?
No, CMS-20 V9.0 has NEO series firmware, and thus is compatible with SMP-2100 (NEO series) but not with SMP-200 (PRO series).
